Best hotel ever! magical place. Gardens with cascades, lakes , fish and crocodiles ! Near disney. Food quite expensive but the hotel is amazing! Dont miss the christmas ice show! They do it every year!

There is a large children's pool with a massive video screen where they play family friendly movies on select nights, and there are water slides and a variety of water toys for the kids to enjoy.????it

Great business hotel . Also, not a bad way to combine a business trip with a family trip to Disney! Tip: Checkout the Alligator feeding schedule.

Great family place ! Food expensive but good, so bring snacks and wine to hang out in the room! The movies by the pool at night is awesome!

Cool gator pond in the center atrium . Rooms are spacious but basic. Food is very pricey . Expect lots of convention goers. Spa is the highlight with free access for Marriott Gold members.

Mind blowing atrium all under glass! Have a walk through each themed alcove from swamps to pirate ships. Always a memorable stay, and a refreshing place to return in between a full day of conferences .

Great if you love to see people taking pictures of indoor plants. I don't know, Gaylord properties scare me. I always feel like I'm trapped in the Truman Show.

This resort is as huge as it is beautiful. There's really no need to ever leave as there are several restaurants and stores on the premises. If you love sushi , you have to go to Sora.

Amazing hotel with a huge water park restaurant abound and excellent staff . It's a Gaylord so your experience will be awesome.

Loved it here! The Villa de Flora was yummy, the show at Christmas time was awesome, and the gators are adorable. Oh yeah, bring your swimsuit!

Great hotel , very clean rooms which is what I love about this being a Marriott property now. Great pool area for kids, and beautiful flowers and gardens inside.

Beautiful ambience all over. Eucalyptus steam room at spa is wonderful. Restaurant in sail boar is great, arugala prawn salad=healthy & delicious. Service is very slow at the Cantina, went there 2x.

It is a nice hotel , so comfortable and with that unique recreation of the nature environment of Florida. Service and facilities really good

Here for FPEA convention . Have stayed many many weekends here. Always balcony atrium view . ST Augustine is fav. Key West is loud . Hotel is awesome. Love it.

Many locations on property that would provide a stunning platform for a wedding. For an outdoor ceremony, consider the "Event Lawn" which is open and airy and surrounded by tropical landscaping.

Villa de Flora brunches are really good! Only negative note is they do no include and champagne or mimosas which most other brunches around town do. Great food though!

Ask for an internal view room if you want a balcony to sit on and a view of the courtyard ......external room will give you an outside view and no balcony .....

This place is AMAZING! And the Ice exhibit during the winter is fantastic!

Beautiful resort with a lot of amenities and entertainment, however lack luster customer service as well as poor management make it really difficult for me to recommend.

Wonderful hotel , and close to Disney. The family pool is EXCELLENT - fun for both kids AND parents. We will be coming back.

If you are the age of 13-17 you are stuck in no mans land. You can't go to the gym or the adult pool . The kid pool is to kidish so u wouldn't want to go there.

Checkout the alligators ! They keep them in the hotel , which is massive by the way.

Nice fun facility. Perfect set up for families.

Try to stay on the first floor. Much easier to get around and avoid waiting for elevators .

The pool areas are amazing. One for kids, one for adults only, and servers that come to your chairs.

Just left here... Yet another wonderful time in a splendid place. Love the new gator and turtle exhibit !

Have the Mediterranean buffet at Villa de Flora . It's so affordable and the food is exquisite.

Everything that a convention hotel usually is: soulless, drab and ridiculously overpriced. Particularly unnerving: in-room dining charges a mandatory gratuity of 20% AND a 21% service charge. Insane!

Ice was awesome! Especially if you buy discount tickets for the Give Kids the World fundraiser day. It was 58.00 for my family of 5.

ICE Is an annual event and must see. So cool for Floridians!

Club sandwich is tasty. Homemade chips were an unexpected and tasty surprise.

Be sure to walk through this massive hotel to see the wildlife and all the fine dining restaurants .
