Wings are small!(b/c organic I'm told) mine, WAY overdone, tough, no flavor...burger was ok...not sure when it became ok for everyone to charge $15 for burger...id suggest 50-60% of beef and bun !!
Make their in "ketchup "...why reinvent wheel? Organic! First and foremost it is not ketchup ! Second, not good!! Call it something else, change recipe
