Lounge is no longer on 24th floor but has been moved to 3rd floor (3R).The view from 24 was amazing but the new lounge is very nice and includes two meeting rooms that can accommodate 10-15 people.
Well dedicated lounge and very kind staffs make guests comfortable , breakfast also good thiugh even not many kinds of food; nice to have... why don't you try, will not be disappointed.
Back in Malaysia 4 years later. Lounge is well staffed - very helpful and friendly . Offerings are wonderful. Spacious area to unwind
Children under 12 are not allowed to the lounge but there are take out containers so that you can take as much as you need for your family.
Great aervice. Nice views at one od the four window seats (designed for one or two guests ) extra guests above your limit are 150 RM.
Lounge is located on 2nd floor. A nice size lounge and very friendly staff .

They used to have better food choices. Ritz's lounge is way better now. Bias butlers who serve foreigners better

Nice lounge but it stops serving drinks at 7.30 pm which is the earliest Exec Lounge closure I have ever known. Come on Double Tree make it at least 8.00 pm. - Tam Carr
