I fly JetBlue any time I get the chance. The comfy seating , free WiFi , and entertainment make a cross-country flight endurable.

Let me get this right... I picked an aisle seat, but then u upgraded plane to a BIGGER one and reassigned me to a middle one w/o letting me know. Brilliant.... morons.

You don't have to load up on Dunkin's before you get on the plane ...Jet Blue serves Dunkin coffee onboard :)

Security lines can grow long and unruly, even with precheck. Very limited seating by the gates.

Use the Bathroom in the terminal before boarding the Aircraft !

Jet Blue will cancel your flight . Leave you stranded in the airport for 2 days with no hotel , and lose your luggage. Don't fly Jet Blue.

Jetblue is the worst. My 2hr flight is taking over 24 hrs, 2 airports , and 1 lost bag. Not worth it.
