Head anti-clockwise and hit the Valley Gardens around 3 quarter's round. Worth slowing down and diving into this part, best time of year is first few weeks of April to catch everything in bloom.

When Harry sits with Neville wading in the lake in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005) scenes were filmed at Virginia Water. Ron turns up to talk to Harry , but uses Hermione as a go-between.

Great open space to spend a weekend morning out for Londoners. Perfect for walking and cycling around the lake in a nice sunny day.

In Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004), scenes where Harry tames the Hippogriff and later when he fights off the Dementors were filmed around Virginia Water.

Great Lake to skate around, or have beers with friends... It's huge so you can escape the crowds :)

The 4.5 mile walk around the lake is a very relaxing experience! Recommend it!
