You can bring reference books from any levels of the Reference Library to any other levels. Just use the staircase located at the left end (upon entry) of the Reference Library at your level.
The 11th floor has the Southeast Asian book collection. A very good amount of books !

patrons need to be more considerate and only occupy the seats when needed. most of the seats are reserved with their belongings leaving others with no seats

Hanis is a nice open air cafe on the ground floor.
They have security checking bags so do not bring in any food or related stuff into the library .
Get few books borrowed at B1 then proceed to study room at level 5 or 7 for a peace of mind

As per the tip about the toilets , the upper levels are way nicer. Borrow a book to while you are at it
All-time favorite drink - Avocado Shake at Hanis Cafe . Less than $5 and one of the best Avocado drinks around, not too sweet, just nice!
