Grooming department is professional and friendly . They are so much better than the staff at the Springfield branch.
A little disappointed in the lack of selection but better than the petco in town . Couldn't believe they didn't have my puppy's fave chilly wags, they need to correct that, as well as being friendlier.
Boarding is 24/7 and the staff is friendly and great with your pets
