The people here are extremely. Best waiters I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. Don't be afraid to ask for anything cause here, they got your back.
Definitely quiet during the week but Saturday and Sunday mornings are definitely a zoo ... And as the sign says, they only seat complete parties.

Never go to this IHOP. I had 16 people and called to confirm at 10:30am and was told that Kids eat free on Sunday after 4pm. Matthew the manager called at 3:45 pm to cancelled my rsvp. my rsvp was 430

The chicken fried steak is awesome. Get it with three eggs and a stack of pancakes !
