Drove thru and tell me ice cream machine rosak but saw others holding ice cream ????

The drive-thru window is even slower than buying at the counter n 8 out of 10 times, they're sure to get ur order wrong or leave something out! Pathetic!!!.....

drivethru staff tht handed me food was rude.had her back against me & answered my quatio halfheartedly.i knw u must b tired.if u do,get ur mgr to rotate u. so cust wont have to deal wt ur tiredness.

The staff here truly wondertards!!! Ten out of ten times, will SURELY get my drive-thru order WRONG or missing items! Wtf is wrong with them??? After 5 yrs still like that!...

Ordered big breakfast set at 5:00am but only got it at 5:25am after i asked again... Turns out the cashier forgot to deliver to me perhaps because he was playing with his phone...

icecream maker machine stop @ 12 a.m, if u purchase it after 12 a.m. they'll juz provide u a coupon to be redeemed later *funny*

The chocotop ice cream is not as good as others branch. anyways, the ONLY McD in Sg Buloh . Thus, limited car parks esp weekend.
