#6 Bánh mì Vietnamese ham & pâté
I love their "Happy hour " special, $1 off all tapioca drinks every day from 3-4pm!
Eternally disappointing 15-20+ min wait times for your order & decreasing value. Always full of unhappy customers!
#13 bbq pork bbq beef combo sandwich
DON'T GO HERE. They are expensive and cheap you out on what you order. Not everything is that fresh. Bars are old and dusty. All around the business owners are cheap .

Great Vietnamese sandwiches . Yum.
get a cup of tea from their great selection of loose-leaf teas .
They couldn't surmise that someone ordering veggie ham would not want pate and bacon . Too dumb to make a bagel ? I think so!
"prepare for your hunger" lol
better, more authentic tasting sandwiches 5 mins away in Chinatown... my bbq chicken is bland and just kinda meh.
Consistently good coffee, friendly service, and a fast-moving line. What more could you want? - Peter Berg
