First time going in the store very friendly and good people of knowledge of outstanding people they help my fix my phone and give me the steps on what is needed to be done thank you apple !!!

Genius bar tech Josh was awesome! Hard worker, he was helping a lot of people at the same time..really cool dude and very helpful..deserves a raise.

It toke awhile to get helped but they were real busy ( they always are ) but once I was finally helped, it only toke a few minutes to solve my problem.
