If you have a hardware issue skip the Amsterdam Store and the tourist crowds and come directly here. Quicker and arguably better service.
Customer attendance and support are amazing. The wait time is not high even after new product releases.
Self scan your item and just walk out at any time you like. No human interaction needed. Great. Two items ? Scan twice and pay separately. That leaves room for improvement.

Always too busy and a que for literally weeks..(been walking in for 2 months now)when finally they have time after an hour awaiting time my warranty is due with a few weeks. No help anymore. Fuck them

Uitstekende service en vakkundig personeel. Qua planning kunnen ze nog wel iets verbeteren (half uur reparatie werd uiteindelijk 90 minuten , toch zonde van de tijd). Maar Merel deed het wel super!!!!!
