So beautiful. I spent hours looking at the tide pools . You can find starfish , crabs , etc. There is also a gorgeous cave that you can watch the water rush in and out of. A little dangerous for kids
Park in the lot on top of the bluff. Then take a steep trail down to the beach . It’s half pebbles and half sand. The first half hour is free and then you have to pay at exit. Easier to pay with card
Get there during low tide. Take ur time and check out the small pools. It may take a little but more patience but take ur little ones too. Mine enjoyed it.
This is one of the best scenic hikes to take great for a date.
absolutely loved this scenic hike , i will definitely be back!
Stunning cliffs over looking a rocky beach that is followed by the roaring sounds of a glistening ocean.
Go one a minus tide and you will see the most amazing tide pool you have ever seen. Really!

One of my favorite beaches I have ever been to. It is a hike to get here (the nearest parking is at Abalone Cove) but it is worth it. It is private and has breathtaking views! - Michael Morgan
It is incredible. Private beach that only certain people are allowed to be at. Invitation only! Very quiet and extremely clean. - Justin Vega
Amazing tidepools not only in Abalone Cove but the adjacent coves to the south! They are accessible by blufftop trails down to the water. - Scott R.
Make sure to walk down to the beach. They have a great cave to explore - Anthony Self
The park right next to the lighthouse is beautiful with shade and expansive views of the ocean. You cannot get very close to the lighthouse itself but still worth a visit to see it! - Michael Morgan
