One of the 3 Kitchen restaurants on the same block in Boulder. This is the fine dining option w/strong emphasis of local sourcing of ingredients. Everything was excellent. Perfect option for a splurge
Fresh farm friendly offerings that are as healthy as they are delicious. Had the Falafel Quinoa Flatbread for lunch and would recommend for anyone. Perfect portion sizes and environment for lunch .
If you're here for lunch , the roast beef sandwich is fantastic, and so are the fries and ketchup that come with it. (Fun fact :: the owner is the brother of Elon Musk)
Possibly the best restaurant in town . Seasonal menu with no snobbery attached. Just great food. Go next door to Kitchen Next Door if you want something quicker, or cheaper!
Had the Taste of the Kitchen (4 course meal). Mussels were divine. Steak was slightly over-seasoned. Dessert with latte was on point. Yums all the way!
For brunch , get a Bloody Mary . Their house recipe is outstanding. The pan roasted chicken for dinner may sound simple but is some of the most flavorful chicken you will ever eat. Scallops rock too.
Glad they had a tasting menu so I didn't have to choose from all the delicious sounding options. Attentive staff kept the treats coming smoothly. One problem: our table was too small.
More casual and beverage-focused than its downstairs counterpart, the Kitchen sees diners packing in for appetizers and entrees made in a wood-fired oven on weeknights Read more
One of my favorite meals in Boulder, the food here is creative and delicious. Try the Kitchen Next Door for a more casual meal as well .
The Kitchen changed the farm-to-table landscape in Colorado by emphasizing local sourcing and relationships with farmers and other purveyors. [Eater 38 Member]
Food blogger Merritt of Live Simply Love recommends The Kitchen for their “farm-to-table menu and chalkboards listing local farms that provide fresh ingredients for the day’s meal.”
Delicious food. Masterchef standards! We got the best pork belly ever and also alaskan halibut fish . Fenomenal!
Everything is perfect here. Can get crowded ; make a res if you can.
Great service. We had a 4 course "taste of the kitchen" which was the best meal of our trip in Colorado.
Definitely try the tomato soup w/olive oil. Was perfect and don't forget to dip your buttered bread in it. The homemade gnocchi was amazing too.
The tomato soup is amazing, as well the Piri Piri Sandwich
The bolognese is outstanding. Amazing place all around---from the atmosphere to the wine list .
Good for a group. Great service. Had some ridiculous rare beers .
Get the apple fritters if they’re available. They look like small doughnut holes. Amazing.
Bring your dog & eat outside on the patio ! Michael is a good waiter :-)
Great food. Excellent service . No visit to Boulder incomplete w/o a visit here and their other restaurant , The Kitchen [NextDoor].
Great place for lunch at the bar . Get the Eton Mess . Big enough for two.
The white Bijou is their best cocktail (it's not on the menu )
Skip the downstairs scene and head upstairs for a more relaxed, romantic vibe with the same high quality menu and service!
A little expensive , but the food is amazing. The tomato soup comes with a splash of the freshest olive oil you have ever tasted.
Pri Pri chicken sandwich , the warm cookie for dessert is a MUST!
Tasty food with fresh ingredients and friendly staffs
Piri Piri Chicken Sandwich was great!
Breakfast/brunch unlike any other in Boulder. Perfect.
Farm Fresh and Delicious :)
Amazing food!! Definitely try the tomato soup & quinoa entree if you're vegetarian .
The food as described on the menu does not do the actual food delivered any justice.
Don't be like me. Avoid FOMO and order the bolognese
The Lychee Martini is the best. Careful though it's not classy to fall of bar stools. ..
Sunday night happy hour - prix fixe 3-course tasting menu is a bargain!
yummy food, gracious people.
The best croissant I've had. Goat Gouda omelette a must!
Skip Salt. Head to The Kitchen. Great full English breakfast .
Head upstairs for appetizers and drinks if you can't get a table
Macaroni and Cheese and the Eton Mess . Trust me.
Voted Best Croissant in Westword's Best of Denver 2011!
Outstanding beer selection
Not bad, but definitely way too much use of bread crumbs (and salt). Tomato soup was the highlight
Good Calamari !
The Full English breakfast , incredible!
Lemon Ricotta Pancakes
Pretty good food, but really expensive . Only came here because I had a gift certificate.
Mushrooms on toast is delicious
Try the beet appetizer , uh ma zing!!!
Gnocchi , gno questions asked.
So much to choose from...chicken tortilla soup fantastic! - Autumn
Prime rib sliders, enchilada, and bleu cheese waffle fries are a must! - Dina Laul Touchon
The only place I know in town that does table-side service. The salmon Cesar salad, shrimp scampi are the best. The burger is also one of the best in town if you want something a little less fancy. - Kristopher Chavez
It's one of the things that makes Boulder, Boulder. - Bill Flinchbaugh
Friendly people, magical atmosphere great coffee and the Blueberry danish thing is AWESOME. . . - Jeffrey R
Live music on the patio at night, great service, thoughtfully designed...I'll definitely be back! - DJ Capobianco
