Very calm environment . Luxury and casual at the same time. Close to Alharam , has different varieties of restaurants and shops. The staff are very helpful and rooms are clean and modern

Forno restaurant , the food is so fresh and delicious. the head chef was on vacation but the Indian chef made our day... a perfect salad and a well prepared pasta dishes. Really amazing.

Rooms here are good and close to Haram! The nicest thing that you will have shopping mall in the ground floor with dinning areas.

The toilet has a sliding door.. its not probably closed if ur with someone it will be really embarrassing.. plus according to reception 90% of the rooms are connected.. there's no privacy whatsoever..

الفندق راقي ومهتمين جدا حصلت لي مشكله في مطعم الفندق وتاخروا علي بالطلب كثيراوالحق ان مدير المطعم الاستاذ هاني مصري الجنسيه تعامله رائع جدا واعتذر لي ورفض ادفع اي مبلغ وهذه نقطه تحسب لصالح الفندق ????????

المكان راقي والغرف وسيعة ونظيفة ???? قريب من الحرم وكل شيء قريب من الفندق بن داوود والسوق كله ???????? البوفية ممتاز جداً الخدمة فوق الممتاز ???? يستحق الزيارة ????

الفندق جديد وجميل ومرتب، غرفهم جميلة، ونتظيفهم ممتاز، وجباتهم ومطاعمهم حلوة، وطبعا المعانات مستمرة في الخروج للقادم بسيارته، احرص تسوي اجراءات الخروج بدري، عدد الموظفين غير كافي للاسف

تصميمه حديث، الغرفة واسعة، مطعم الواحة ومقهى التكية، الـGYM، سوق جبل عمر أسفله، مشكلتهم خدمتهم سيئة ومصاعدهم بطيئة، أيضًا فكرة باب الحمام المنزلق سيئة ما يشعرك بالخصوصية التامة، لكن أنصح فيه وبشدة❤️.

حلو وقريب للحرم بس متشددين في التفتيش حتى الاستشوار و السراميك ياخذونه،الفندق نظامه برجين وكثير ناس تضيع خاصه اذا جيت من الحرم لانه مدخل واحد للبرجين

جميل الفندق وغرفه واسعه والخدمه ممتازه بوفيه الفطور مميز جداً ومتنوع،، مدخل الفندق من السوق بشكل مباشر وسهل جداً وافضل من مدخل فنادق ابراج الوقف،، هناك رائحه كريهه عند مدخل الفندق من جهه السوق

افضل خدمه على الاطلاق في الاستقبال وفي ايقاف السيارات وفي المطعم. الفطور جميل جدا مل شي عنده ممتاز وانواع متعدده ولا راح تحصلها عند الاخرين. اما الغرف فالفندق جديد.

فندق جميل جداً وافطار متنوع ولذيذ. مناسب جداً للوضع الحالي في مكه والاصلاحات وخلافه لان اغلب الفنادق صار من الصعب فيها الوصول الى الحرم.. ارشحه وبقوه????????

سكنت عندهم مرتين، الخدمة سريعة والغرف نظيفة ومرتبة ولكن اطلالة الحرم غير جيدة، الفندق جميل بصراحه، الاستقبال جيدجداً،اعيب عليهم عدم وجود ضيافة الوصول، التقييم العام 8.6/10
