Crowne Plaza Houston River Oaks

Near perfect stay-12th floor. Flat panel TV , flawless WiFi , iPod Dock, great friendly service . Everything felt very clean ! Great breakfast buffet . 1 hr. to get out of parking garage 4th floor!

According to its nightly rates, I can say this is a good place to stay maybe for three or 5 days. The bed is good, and the room I used had all accommodations, except for a kitchenette . But it's fine.

Lot's of great shopping places and eateries in the area. Make sure if you make changes in your reservations , make them with the Texas people. Your requests may not be what you expect.

Rooms are very outdated but beds, linen and towels are new and great. Very good service and great location.

Strange hotel .. Even if it's a 4 star hotel it seems lower rate. Personnel is not so very proactive and sometimes a bit absent. Situated over a great communication road easily connects you to downtown

My friends and I stayed here for two nights, all three of our rooms were haunted. Awesome!

Cleaning service starts early, be sure to use the DND sign if you're trying to sleep in.

If you require reliable wifi or water pressure or toilets that completely flush, you're in the wrong place. Wifi and plumbing both clogged.

Decent lobby and rooms, the restaurant was slow and messed up our order multiple times and they forgot to order my cab to the airport . They were nice enough about it but come on!

Don't rely on wake-up calls. I have never gotten one to go through and they just make excuses.

Food stops waaaay too early and there is no snack food here except for walkin to Shell or Exxon or next door to the Four Points. Bring supplies lmao!

Rooms need updating and towels are dingy!

Careful! You'll book at one rate and then they'll raise it when you arrive. This place needs a facelift anyway.

Ask for a room on the higher floors, they are remodeled and nice.

Showers only seem to have hot water around noon. Also, check your coffee cups before using 'em.

Waited in restaurant for lunch and never had our order taken. We were one of three seated tables. We waited for 15-20 minutes

This place is tired. Tube TVs , showers w/ some mold, carpet that you wouldn't want bare skin to touch. Not sure it's the best place to stay.
