Great customer service!! Our room was nice and the hotel is stylish . Only issue is the water did not stay hot. We mentioned this and Adriana discounted the room!!
Not sure why there are a lot of complaints about trains . I suppose it would be an issue for light sleepers... The location is fantastic! Check out The Domain!
The back side of the hotel is facing the R&R tracks , the trains are pretty loud as they pass by in the early morning.
Ask for odd-numbered room to avoid the trains . They run ALL night.
Don’t get even numbered rooms as they face the railway tracks . The trains are pretty noisy and woke me up a number of times in the night.
Tuesday and Wednesday nights for happy hour with live music !

Not a great location to walk to Domain. The shuttles apparently don’t run after 8pm which is insane!
