Really great place. IHOP is terrific as always, and the service here is really good. The only downside is the smell. Give more attention to that.
Right off Hwy 17-92, good service and menu selection
You have to try Nutella-Covered-Pancakes. It's not in their menu, but it's to die for. (Nutella is a hazelnut spread. Do not try if allergic to nuts !!!)

Waited 25 minutes for someone to take our food order. Stopped at the til on the way out to complain and they charged us for our drinks. Not very nice since we're weekly regulars.
I sure hope that this IHOP has better customer service than the one over in DeBary
