What’s good? Everything! Love the chicken salad , as it’s made from the smoked chicken , hubby loves the beef brisket - both the platter and the sandwich . Sides/desserts made on site. Birch beer on tap .
Pulled pork and burnt ends are awesome!
If you can get them before they run out, the burnt ends are amazing!
Ribs and brisket are excellent. Best in the north that I’ve had.
You should probably get your Loaded Fries and then load some Mac & Cheese on top to make it Loadeder.
Ribs were excellent, but the pulled pork was bland and on the dry side. Very good beans.
