Skates on Haight

The guy that helped me (Jack, part owner), showed me a variety of skateboard decks. I got to stand on them, balance on them, and feel them out before I found one that I felt comfortable with.

I decided to try Skates on Haight first and stoked I did. Carol is awesome. Super helpful and really looked after me. Thanks Carol , will definitely swing by again next time I'm in San Fran.

The lady was super nice on the phone and in person. She was very tentative about my order and gave me extra nuts and bolts free of charge. I will recommend this establishment to my friends and family

I went in today to get some new wheels and the lady helped me find the perfect set for me and even stayed late to put them on my board for me. Its a great place that knows it stuff

The board is amazing quality and everything has arrived perfect. The people in the shop were extremely helpful. Overall this site is amazing and delivers top quality stuff.

I really enjoyed the expertise from the lady , I spoke to over the phone , I order Fomac slick wheels , I was blown away from the customer service , I received my products a day early.

They had a lot of the Powell Classic decks in stock, and they built my board in less than an hour. Oh yeah, they also rent and sell rollerblades for those who are interested.

A lot of inventory displayed on their website doesn't exist in-store. Employees often seem to find anything to do but help customers -- usually tending to their web orders or nothing at all! =\
