Eaton Canyon Hiking Trail

Take care and pay attention to where you step. There are lots if rocks the closer to the falls . It is very dry due to the drought right now so you don't have to worry about getting wet feet.

Easy trail here with a lot of nice spots to stop in the middle of it and relax for a bit. Very crowded on weekends but it was perfect this time of the year after all that rain!

I took the shorter hike to the falls and it was beautiful all around! The heat was harsh in some parts tho so bring sunscreen , hat, sunglasses, and lots of water. Once you get to the creek these shade

Do the one on the right for cardio then, jog down back from the bridge or checkout the waterfall first then, jog back. Watch for sharp rocks in ground while jogging! OUCH!

A trail up the canyon to a waterfall . Lots of shade. Quite a few people, but a beautiful place.

Great short hike with a beautiful small waterfall . Great for dogs. Might be one of my favorite hikes so far!

For LA Search & Rescue, 80% of the rescues/yr. are in Eaton Canyon. Rock climbing rule #1, going up is always easier than climbing back down. The masses head to the falls , but try Henninger and beyond

Would be a lot prettier if not for all the litter! Seriously, people, have some decency and pick up after yourselves!

If you're here to workout, come early in the morning. After 8, aside from groups of families, it also starts to get crowded with loud people, who are here to take selfies and bullshit.

love that hiking to a waterfall is just across the street. Love where I live!!! STAY OUT of the canyon during and after rains!!! Sick of idiots getting stuck, hurt and killed. :)

It would be better if stupid people didn't litter!! Plus dog walkers need to pick up after their dog!! But great trails for the family.

if you buy some hiking sticks from sports authority, u have a better chance of not falling in the water when youre stepping over the rocks in the stream. =)

Bring plenty of water because this trail is nearly 8 miles round trip!

When the water level is high, just accept it and take the plunge. You will get wet.

My first time here at Eaton Canyon, and it is beautiful.

not a bad hike , it's not a maintained trail but not that hard on a scale of 1 to `0 about a 3 to maybe a 5 in spots well worth worth th eeffort.

A little further than Runyon, but 100% worth the drive

Beautiful but so many people you might as well be stuck in traffic on the 405
