Lovely ambience, the sitting arrangement reminds me pretty much about original Indonesian restaurants . The food was tasty and so close to what it will tasted like in Surabaya / Jakarta.
I've been to this place a few times. Why? Not only the food is nice (BBQ chicken thighs a must) but I enjoy the simplicity of it all.
Great Indonesian food , and you can buy a jar of sambal chili for home too!
Can't go wrong with the grilled chicken (ayam bakar ) and stir fry water spinach (cah kangkung).
Authentic , cheap , tasty. Have the ayam baker and tempeh goreng . Wash it down with the botol
Stir fried thick noodles and fried chicken with the brown and chili sauce . Amazing. Just amazing. Eleven out of ten. Yummmmm.
Tried all three chicken , vegetables and skewers - all good
So bloody good. Ayam Bakar is the best, and that delicious sambal .
The sambal chilli is amazing, must try the char grilled chicken thigh and Nasi goreng
The fried chicken (Paha Goreng Kalasan) lives up to its expectations, but the nasi goreng is way too sweet.
Very nice and spicy Sambal ????????????????
Gotta try the chicken . Well that is what there famous for... Although I do like the oxtail soup
Have tried 95% of the menu. It's all fantastic!
best Indonesian fried (or grilled) chicken in town
Yummy Typical Indonesian Food in Sydney. I prefer to taka away and eat them at home instead of in their restaurant .
Best grill chicken in Sydney . Must try!
Great fried chicken and noodle soup !
We got the half grilled chicken and the portions were measly. Better off getting the single pieces which looked much better.
Pretty disappointed. Chicken was ok, but on the dry side. I prefer Malaysian style beef rendang to what they served (two small/medium pieces) for $4.50!
Tempe goreng , nasi uduk , ayam bakar , cap chay... Yummy!!!! I wish they would open one in the city ..
Try the chicken .
Nice food, but the sambal portion is too small.
Ayam goreng here is very delicious, especially grill one.. If u come to Sydney, try this 1
Cheap price
sambal on anything!
Great food. Shit service.
Place is closed Mondays AND Tuesdays now

Ayam Bakar + Nasi Uduk = YUM! The Rendang is pretty good too.
Best chicken in Sydney !
Rubber watch aka. Jam karet

Not worth it!! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!! NO MANNER AT ALL!! I have tasted better char grilled chicken Indonesian style elsewhere seriously. The owner and the service is way more friendly .
Ayam bakar+nasi uduk+ati ampela+kangkung belacan+es kelapa muda= AWESOMENESS :)
Beli sambal nya sebelum pulang. Buat dipake bikin nasgor sendiri. Satu sendok cukup, bikin keringeten hh
Pelayan nya ga sopan! Belom selesai makan sambel nya langsung ditarik aja, takut amat sambel nya dibawa pulang!!!!!!! Grrrrr.
Es campure lumayan enak :P
The food was good. Particularly enjoyed the eggplant and the desserts. The space could use a little music to liven it up. - Marianne N
The Ayam dada bakar is one of the best in Sydney. Freshly cooked and worth the small wait. - David O'Brien
The pandan martabak (Indonesian stuffed pancakes) with the chocolate filling oozing out is perfection. The bakso on the other hand has a very sticky consistency unlike the one I've had in Indonesia - J
Nice and cheap!! - Hendy Ongkodjojo
