Staff is so friendly ! Leo, Brenton, all the front desk staff ! Yup they are doing renovations but you can't beat the service!!!
Front desk was extremely helpful. Raven is very nice and helpful! Made everything great! The bar is decent. All around great experience!
Hotel has been recently renovated ! It's an awesome place to stay. :)
Many of the other comments about the facility are being addressed with a remodel. My shower head leaked though. I survived, and still smelled great.
The walls are super thin. We could hear everything our neighbors were doing (including an uncomfortable romp session...). And we were booked to have a king size bed , but they only had 2 queens left.
The best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. 7th floor Priority Club.

Hate this hotel . My drain is broken on my sink and last time I was here my latch on my door was broken! Not cool after I was all settled into my pjs and noticed it!
This place sucks, some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a hotel . Go anywhere else if you have a choice!!!
