The Brown Hotel Lobby Bar

I have to try the Kentucky Hot Brown in the five star restaurant .

We came all the way from Brooklyn for a Hot Brown ! Thank goodness we split one! A whole one would have killed me. It was great and so was the service.

The historic Hot Brown : an open-faced sandwich of turkey breast , ham and bacon , with tomatoes , covered in creamy Mornay sauce and broiled until the bread is crisp and the sauce begins to brown.
