Avoid the 4 p.m. check-in crunch. Spend some extra time in the park , get dinner and then enjoy a leisurely check-in later.
Great afternoon and evening events for the keiki. Movie on lawn near pool and patio has fun activities to keep them busy. Great lounge area for parents in the great lawn area, too.
The ambience is a bit plain. Was expecting something more extravagant.
Staff is woefully unprepared to deal with customer service issues in any empathetic manner. Walls are super thin and hotel is noisy . Cute rooms but stay elsewhere.

The Reserve And Ride is worth it. We used the cheap option and it made our day much more enjoyable. Don't forget to reserve your next ride immediately after being scanned. - jon accarrino
They are very accommodating to vegans, just ask to talk to the chef and they will make you a special meal. I got an awesome vegetable linguine marinara and would highly recommend it. - Gabe
