Amazing food! The brisket was the winner of the night. Pulled pork was on the dry side. Cocktails were on point ????????
If you're on the Keto diet, be mindful that the meats are the only things friendly . All of the sides have some sugars in them or added to the sauces.
The brisket is so good also try the wings . Beer definitely wild rose , velvet fog
The brisket is nice and moist with great flavor. Beef rib and pork ribs both have good flavor and never dry.
Meat is half price after 10 pm. And the scotch selection is phenomenal!
Had the brisket , it was so good. Didn’t even need a knife to cut it.

Pulled Pork and Beer
Good beer, good brisket and good corn bread. My brisket had more fat than I’m used to but it was pretty good regardless. After 10pm half-pound meats go half price - Paula Madeira
