Get a travel mug which is larger than a tall 16oz, then whenever you get coffee ask for the tall size but in the mug that you've brought. Sometimes they'll be generous.

For a cotton candy drink order a vanilla bean frap with squirts of raspberry . Comes out bright pink and tasty! :) ☕???? ????

This location continues to disable mobile ordering, thus requiring you to wait 15-20 minutes in store or in the drive-thru. Why disable one of the safest ways of ordering, during a pandemic?

During this unprecedented pandemic, this location frequent disables mobile ordering, which represents a dismal customer experience. It’s as if they don’t wish to sell coffee .

The breakfast sandwiches are pretty good but sometimes the eggs are a little too fluffy and need to be a little more solid.

Love this Starbucks, but by far the slowest drive thru in all of the Tri-Cities.

This is far and away the best standalone Starbucks in Johnson City.

Quality of service, at this Starbucks, has declined markedly over the years. They seem to be perpetually understaffed and lack the friendliness that I’ve grown to expect from SBUX.

The free wifi is slow- I finally ended up using my phone as a hotspot!!

They fill your cup half way with cream on the drive-thru if you don't insist on a small amount, and even then, no promises.

Cinnamon dolce always. Try if you haven't.
