The food court in the basement of this building is well hidden, but absolutely worth seeking out. My favourite is the small Indian food place with the tandoor oven. Delicious! :-)
Go there only if you know the best price. Dont be afraid to bargain even half or 1/3 of quoted price. Especially those shops without price sticker on products.
The Minced meat noodle stall is yummy and has one of the best fried dumplings I've ever had! If you're having your noodles to-go don't forget the sambal and the itty bits of fried pork !
One of my favourite Chai Tow Kway in aircon eatery at Killiney @ Sim Lim Square # 02-10. Just heard from staff , the boss of this franchise outlet just passed away on 12 Jan 2017. RIP Roy...

Basement Food Court : Grilled Fish set with Spaghetti . Yup, I managed to eat by cutting the soft spaghetti into shorter pieces for lesser effort to chew a few days after tooth surgery.
You can find most of electronics or gadgets you are looking for here. But be cautious when buying as stores have refurbished to brand new products.
Best place to find anything electronic.... I saw ViewSonic Power Bank 12000maH, I've got offered price for S$55! The food court downstairs is made in Haven! They have any kind of food I missed here!
There's a 5-day cooling off period where consumers are protected & they shld get a 100% refund if unhappy with a purchase. A trusted business will always allow a purhaser a cooling off period. Do ask!

There is a wide variety of high tech gadgets here. Because everyone is pretty much selling the same thing, you can get pretty good deals . Avoid the 1st 2 floors as they will tend to be opportunistic.

CH2 Technologies service centre @ #04-79: Bring elderly's tablets here to replace battery (S$30) & another to re-set virus-infected O/S & install free CM Security App (anti-virus).
If you're getting a DIY desktop, just go directly to the 4th, 5th or 6th floor. Don't bother looking around the first few levels unless you're looking for consumer electronics .
Recommending videopro on 5th floor. Check their websites for prices, order and see Irene. Good prices and service.
Get all electronics under one roof, both genuine & 3rd party stuff. They sell 3rd party air-con remotes as well on the 2nd floor.

Look for Mr Wu Qian Liang @ #06-62 to fix your iPhone/Samsung smartphone problems at a good price and he's fast too. Apparently he worked at Foxconn before...
Cashtronic on the 6th floor is your best place for diy pc parts. Friendly , negotiable, and down to earth. No hardsell tactics employed.

Many shops here which supply and repair gadgets , wires and other electronic items. Interior and exterior could do with major facelift
During lunar new year season, majority of shops are closed be careful !!
Do not, ever, buy anything from the first three floors. Start at the top and work your way down for minimal scamming.
If you're looking for cameras , head straight to #02-91 "Camera Talk ", right in front of the escalator. I sacrificed my sanity to hunt for a reliable shop, and found this one. Low price w/o compromise

So funny the guys in one of the shops "SONG..." didn't even know that,Microsoft Surface existed. I literally had to go online & show them pictures of the new tablet So don't trust their recommendation
Beware of unscrupulous sellers. Never make payment too quickly without knowing the full T&Cs. Call CASE @ 61000315 (Consumers Asscn of SG) to lodge a complaint.

Got service from Focus Point at lv1 which come with a lot of worthy free gifts !!! Yet affordable best price among all!!! Avoid Camera Talk and Alan Photo as giving a strictly high price!
If u r looking for 3rd parties cables, charger, head to worldwide computer services on level 6.Very good deal !
Don't bother with shops below level 4 if you want a bargain. Check out the list of CASE-listed stores in handouts on the ground floor.
Visit the money changer on the higher floor (not sure if 2nd or 3rd) for good USD exchange rates.
Altho' a haven for IT stuffs, Do not miss the food at the food court in the basement ! Western, shanghai delights and the indian/pakistan stall!
