I have been here close to 20 times and have yet to be disappointed by a dish. The best food was by far a special steak with gorgonzola sauce . If you like great Italian you will love this place.
When in doubt, go with dishes flavored by the old-school Gaetanoâs, including meatballs (offered both as an app and a side), lasagna and gnocchi Read more
Possibly one of the most authentic , old-world, traditional Italian eateries in Denver. It has the ambiance, food and drinks to make it great
The mixologist here is amazing! Ask Tony to make your drink and he will give you all the details. Let him make you a special drink and pair it with the cheese fondue !
delicious authentic Italian , ask your server for the history of the restaurant . I will definitely be back and will bring friends.
Chicken Marsala was excellent - be prepared to enjoy generous amounts of garlic . The gnocchi was tasty, but the consistency was too mushy.
Excellent home-made pasta (the carbonara was great), creative cocktails , lovely bread .
Great ambiance, amazing food in a Denver institution... Start at the bar ... Tony is an awesome bartender , hell the whole staff is great!
Gnocchi was great. Excellent atmosphere.
You just can't go wrong here. Everything I've ever eaten, I'd order again and again! Sausage and peppers ....heaven.
I thought the food was good. Oysters were fresh, not a huge fan of the casino clams , but the meatballs were good and so was the bolognese .
Late night happy hour is amazing! Great wine selection
I've been coming here for 20 years and am thoroughly disappointed in what this place has become. Steer clear if you want to cherish the old Gaetano's.
The fresh baked bread and oil is Awesome!
Great atmosphere and superb food.
Pasta Carbonara is so smooth and delicious!
Really good food, a little pricey but worth it
Come visit Buzz during the week at hh, 3-6pm. Awesome women, even better jokes!
Alfredo was perfect
The spaghetti and ravioli were subpar ... even cold. The risotto croquettes , however, were yum.
Winner of Westword's Best of Denver 2010 - Best Neighborhood Italian Restaurant !
