Apparently it's a "controlled drinking zone". Someone should tell that to the guys drinking White Lightning here at 9.30am
Possibly the worst place to go for a run, unless you like running up a massive hill like a maniac to be greeted by a swamp. The Rookery gardens are beautiful though.
