Seabura ramen has back fat. It's recommended with soy sauce . The soup is quite gingery

The pork katsu is not bad. Fried chicken is pretty good, a bit powdery. Gyoza are better than at Sapporo Ramen Shirakaba Sansou though still not great
mistake to buy Katsu from a noodle store. the late I was over fried. the crispy skin was too hard. the color was dark brown. maybe cook never change oil enough
just noodles . don't buy katsu
