If you get tired of the slow bus service for the Polynesian then walk on over and use the buses at the Transportation & Ticket Center. They are much faster and you don't have to make an extra stop.
DVC rooms. Super close to the monorail to the parks
Great views of the marina and Grand Floridian depending on the side of the building your on.
Great for getting to the transportation center quickly!
