This place is genuinely worthless. Anything except opening a new line or paying a bill they won't do. Even paying bills is hard as they always seem to have "system problems." No commission, no do.
The staffs here so unprofessional. 4 of them busy chitchat despite us asking for assistance . 1 of the Malay staff even eat inside.
This is a dealer outlet. So many services can't be done here.
You better speak English here. Shop assistant just gave me a shit face when I asked politely in Bahasa Melayu.
Staff are really helpful. The boys are all gagdet-friendly
