Damon, one of the managers was VERY customer service oriented! Tuna Melt was delicious & the prices are fabulous. Definitely the biggest Zips in town & great atmosphere. A+

They have daily specials from 8-close and happy hour 3-7! The zipparitas are pretty strong!!!
M.O.A.B. (Mother of all brownies)- really!! It was ok, I am a lover of brownies , all shapes and sizes. It was large in diameter- taste was average. The zipparitas on the other hand were FANTASTIC!!

Service is really slow. Server did not look too happy to be here. Burger served without the green chili . Could not get her attention until 3/4 way through meal. Now we are trying to settle up .
Bad experience at Arrowhead. Guy load constantly on cell using f word & derogatory comment to women. Staff didn't ask him to tone it down. Manager defended as the language you can expect to hear.
This is the worst location with awful service & rude waiters and waitresses . We asked the waiter 3 questions regarding the menu and he couldn’t answer a single one. Location in Scottsdale is better!
Unimpressed with the food, but I'm sure they're still working thru kinks. Beer was good!
