The Black Honeyed beans from El Salvador is true to its name: a dark roast that play on the mouth and the back with semi-sweet chocolate and thick plum . A strong plum finish is brought out by Chemex .

Nativa from Guatemala mixed with bits of Jose Jerdana (Columbia) and Finca Linda (Bolivia) was available on cold brew and is light, bright and smooth. The mouth is a distilled mix cherry and lemon .

Go for the Chemex preparation of the Ethiopian Guji Zone for a blast of loud , bright , and surprisingly dark grape flavor. The flavor is sharp and comfortably restricted to the middle of the tongue .

Unique espresso here. Love how they are direct trade and use compostable cups! Way to go! Also the mochas use chocolate syrup from a local chocolate company. It's fantastic!

The Santa Julia roast is a lively cup with some fruit flavors exciting the middle of the tongue . The hint of dark chocolate in the finish of this bean comes after a clean bite of pineapple cucumber .

The Ulos Batak blend from the Sumatra region is a full-bodied taste of dark spices and earthy flavors. The spices act as the mouth and a slightly bitter aftertaste compliments the spices.

Alemu Kochere, a washed Yirgacheffe (Ethiopia) bean, has a more understated mouth than most Yirgs. The cup has a lime tone in the mouth with subdued acidity on a Chemex filter. Light body; fair aroma.
