I've had a pastrami , couple of times. Today I went for a Ratatouille sandwich , delicious. Their own bread is really great. If you want to get served quickly, be active and sit near the bar , to be seen

Very nice place for any meeting and a bite. It’s perfect for a date in the evening and great for business coffee in a day time. Very good homemade bread .

What I can say about Charlotte? This cafe is the best in Warsaw! I like interior so much there and food is too delicious! 10/10

Nice food for a good price. Everything looks delicious, and their white-chocolate mousse is out of this world! Unfortunately the service is very disappointing, clumsy and very slow. So be patient.

The food is nice, but the insanely long wait times and the staff 's occasional cluelessness make the experience pretty mediocre ???? in some cases you can expect to wait 20-30 minutes for a basic order.

Food is good, but the service is terrible, especially when there are a lot of people. We got food later than the people who came later than us. We also didn't get two jars of jam we asked for.

Waitresses don't want to work much, they are confused and forget orders, all of them! All warm drinks were almost cold. Bad service, food is ok but nothing special.

Shitty service , i.e. no service. 10 minutes to order and 20 minutes waiting for 2 coffees and 2 croissants seems way too long. Excuses from the lazy waitress were miserable.

Unfortunately the service was very poor and slow, and everyones food and coffee was cold

Been there two times and both times service was very bad

We were completely disappointed. We were waiting 15 minutes to order and then waiting additional 40 minutes but food was not still prepared so we decided to leave. No apologize and even no goodbye.

Everyone knows about shitty service at charlotte. Long waiting time and dirty tables. Despite that, I still love Charlotte's breakfast and white chocolate only for 16 PLN!!!

Obsługa zdecydowanie nie daje rady i to nie jest ich wina. Do 14 w święto gdy jest pełny lokal na zmianie była tylko jedna kelnerka. Przeciętne jedzenie .
