I was in Macy's today in the make up department. The employer was very helpful in taking time working with me. I was quite impressed with her knowledge as well .
Be sure the advertised sale price is what rings up at the register ;)
Overall, the store has stepped its game up over the past few years, I mean they have to to be able to compete with Nordstrom, but if you're lookin for anything couture, like Gucci or Burberry, no luck
