Enjoyed everything here. The bed was comfortable , the people were nice, room was clean . The breakfast was enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Nice hotel , better rates than others nearby. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. Park in the covered garage behind the hotel down the ramp

I actually prefer this over the Embassy at Biltmore. Not quite as many HHonors points as with the Embassy but the rooms are nicer, great staff , FREE wifi . Still close to Biltmore shops & restaurants

With daylight brings the Manager. He is very sweet and understanding. He fixed everything and more. He won me back with no charge. :-)

The elevators are sooo slow

Turned on jacuzzi tub . Mold came out. 10 at night watching a guy work on tub. Gross. Don't stay here
