Everybody was speaking with an un ironic southern accent and at one point a group of 60 sober adults began singing the national anthem in front of a go cart track . I have so many questions...

Curry Cousin (on Showplace Way, across from the Park Bistro Wine Garden ) is tasty and reasonably healthy, plus veggie friendly . That way, there is more room for Scones !

Be sure to treat yourself to a scone (or two). Stage production value is great, making this an excellent location for concerts when the fair is going.

My first visit:) So much to see and do! It was impossible to see it all in the 5 hours I was there. I'll definitely be back next year!

Get there early - sun at 10 am was right up front parking at the green gate and no lines . Be the graviton (enclosed spinning top) emp said it constantly breaks down.

It was a lot of fun, best fair experience I've had yet. I dunno if it's just me but the cotton candy was particularly good this year...

I know it's cruel because they're almost extinct, but their ears are so good!

This fair is huge you could go multiple days and not see everything.

WOW! This is a huge fair . Try to go Mon-Thurs to get a $35 wristband and save on ticket prices.

Park at Kalles Junior High for $15 to support a good cause. They're extra friendly .

Get there early and buy your tickets in a packet. Fun time, but slow lines .

Come on opening day, Sept. 9, 2011 from 10 am until noon and get FREE Fair admission with a suggested, non-perishable food donation!

Very typical fair : trashy gimmicks for a price (i.e. ripoff). Overly aggressive "alcohol enforcement". Parking is an overpriced nightmare. The provincial town would not exist otherwise.

Buy scones ! They're the best!

Avoid KAY'S KITCHEN (MURPHS II) like the plague!!! Worst burger I ever ate! Overdone patty, hard dry bun---no mayo , no lettuce, DON'T EAT THERE! They need be removed from Fair fare!

When you get your elephant ear , ask for half and half !

Only ride the rides that look new. The rest have been here since I was in elementary school ...and I am old now.

Come and get a hamburger at Hamburger Myers, the original fair burger . Yummy!
