Brunch was hearty and tasty. For a new restaurant , we did not notice any issues and enjoyed the service. Would certainly come back to try the dinner menu .
Atmosphere and ambience for dinner is beautiful! Food is good (but not outstanding). Skip the suggested wine pairings for the pre-fix dinner .

Oovah has the best deco I've come across in New York wine bars so far. Good atmosphere for a date.
