You can buy Olive Oil that isn't on the shelf. Ask for a bottle (they have 3 sizes) and they will fill it from the huge drum behind the counter. It's fantastic!

Employees are extremely friendly , pointed me to a fantastic spot on the Hill to grab toasted ravioli (Guidos Pizzeria...I'm sure anywhere on the hill is great though).
