Sure, it's not all that unique.. but damn I love Chipotle. I don't know why.. but this new Chipotle in Eagan served me fresher food than the one in Burnsville (been to each like 20 or more times).
I always have a positive experience at this location. The employees are fun and make you feel super welcome.

Don't bother coming in between 5 and 8. The service goes way down. Went twice in a row and payed for people who don't listen to my order and made half of a bowl for me.
