One of the best parks ever! the walking path is almost 1/2 mile around pond ..great play equip ., 2 sand areas , few pavillions, restrms, athletic fields . beware! Ice crm truck always parked outside! :)

They have public free restrooms by the playground . They leave the padlocks on even when they are open but they are still unlocked (during the day).

This hill begins right behind the Old First Presbyterian Church and leads you right into Heckscher Park. It's relatively small in terms of width, but the length and the decline will satisfy riders.

A few of the swans recently had babies. Many kids/teens are taunting them by throwing rocks. Please make sure you and/or your kids know better!
