Wow some people are slamming this place but I actually think it’s not bad. Only tried the chicken rice though. Clearly not the best chicken rice in Singapore but it was alright.
To tourists who dine here, know that the real local delicacies cost half as much and are twice as good.
Nasi Lemak for breakfast , nothing special at ALL. Selection for breakfast is very limited. Older lady was quite rude while taking our order and serving us. I won't be coming back if I can help it.
Everything sucked. chicken rice didn't live up to the famed Chatterbox chef 's name. But this the few eateries open b4 11am. #ThomtoriEats
The nasi lemak is actually surprisingly decent, owing primarily to the excellent nyonya fried chicken .
Underrated; food is averagey and a little overpriced, but pretty good for airport food
The pappamia Assam laksa was so fresh! Yummy!
I personally recommended chicken curry :)
Recently opened in early July '11, it offers great Malaysian food from Ipoh. Pretty affordable but service can be improved
Try their Ipoh Hor Fun Soup and Curry Laksa ... Very good
Good chicken rice at the airport
Only e steamed bread , eggs , curry chicken w steamed bread r worth it.
The beef brisket was not that tasty. The portion was small but they gave a rather generous amount of beef
Dont try the Taufu Telor...disappointing The Nasi Lemak 's good!
The fish & chips was too big of a portion & the taste was so so. Coffee wasn't nice either. No problems with the service though. Good enough for killing time while waiting for your flight? Maybe not.
carbo load
Request for 'no chives ' they gave me no 'see ham '/ cockles .. ????????????
Should have read the reviews on the terrible service before sitting down. If your food is taking a long time to arrive, they may have just forgotten your order. Really.
Service has improved. Tea tastes different from normal tea .
The service was super slow. We waited for our food for almost 1hr .Da person in charge argued it wasnt in our order when we found one of our food missing until we showed our receipt. Bad.
Ipoh hor fun with steamed chicken was good. Service was really bad though.
Here's a tip: stay away, go to around the corner to paradise inn .
I like the food here.. :)
Don't order Assam Laksa and Curry Chicken Hor Fun at all costs.
Service quite slow while waiting to be seated though there are lots of empty tables.
No pork . No lard. ????
Limited menu options. Food not as good as other branches, e.g. I12 Katong.
Try the hai nan cham.
Super slow and bad service. Staff Prefers to walk ard rather den taking orders, slow to clear tables resulting in long Q
Terrible food! Service was so so. There's a reason this is the only restaurant without a long queue at T1.
"BEST" service
Save your money for something else..
Avoid prawn mee soup . Super oily and salty!
Service sucks big time!!!!!!!
Skip this place. Nothing special.
Bad coffee , bad service and wrong bill.
Heaven for perfume and makeup lover. Duty free fragrances, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Smashbox, Dior, La Mer, La Prairie, etc. They let you try everything in the store and not following you around - Melisa Martin
Everything is within your reach, almost every choice of store is available in transit. - Aliah Selamat
Good service with affordable prices cos no GST charges at all ???? Chargrilled chicken with house salad and French fries are my all time favorite! - Thet Htar Oo????????
Ice jelly is set in the coconut with pieces of coconut flesh. Gives it a nice favour & fragance. The chewy honey Aloe Vera provided a tinge of sweetness and texture that made this a must try dessert! - Stacy Seah
