"The Steakhouse " was 5 Stars! Great tip: if you need a boarding pass printed simply go to the concierge and he/she will do it for you. Don't bother with the biz center on the 3rd Floor!

The staff is incredibly friendly . Cameron at the front desk made us feel so welcome! They can waive the early check in fee if you have a Platinum or higher rewards card.

Take the total rewards shuttle to Bally's and Caesars for free. It comes every 25-30 minutes

Fun casino ! Rooms are nice and the prices are decent. The pool is AMAZING! They have a noise restriction after 10:30 PM, which is kind of dumb.

Great place to lose money. Gotta hit up the pool if you like urban fist fights. For real tho - it's as great a time as you make it. Good buffet .

Request a higher room! I was one 8th floor, after gambling .... @1am I asked for higher room & they gave me 26th floor. Nicer view :)

Casino can get overwhelmed by d-bags, but the rooms are very nice and the buffet is second to none in AC .

The gym is DISAPPOINTING!! It was moved from the new Waterfront Tower Pool to the oldddd Bayview Tower. The book in your room boasts yadda yadda # of machines when its actually 1/10th of that.

We were given comp. tickets to The Price is Right hosted by Jerry Springer and it was worth every penny. Also two nights comp. room, which was nice. Not bad.

The Waterfront buffet is great like always. Have a small breakfast and late lunch early dinner here. You will not mind spending the 35$ a person. I guarantee it.

Place is overrun with drunk college kids. Slammed on our door at 1AM thinking we were their friends. Kids drinking Miller Light while waiting in line to check in. Klassy.

Sign up for total reward card & get free rooms then ask for upgrade when u check in... If it's available, they give u better room...

Stay on a top floor at the Waterfront tower. Then head to the pool. Prepare to run and push for a lounge chair.

If you're staying in a hotel request a high floor. Low floors are given to the young party people and you'll never get to sleep. 15 and above is what you want.

If you're bringing booze, make sure you stash it in a bag; the valets get bitchy about people bringing in their own alcohol .

Be careful about the extras fees and add ons. It adds up quickly. Otherwise, a nice place with a good layout and diverse enough food options.

Family fun center pool has a weird smell to it, water is a bit cloudy. Needs to be drained and refilled, with more chlorine! Nice room, express check in was great!

Someone said the gym is in the Bayview Tower... that is incorrect. The gym was moved from the Waterfront Tower to the Harbor Tower near the ballrooms .

Slots , great suites and drinks. Harrahs is the place to be.

Large Windows next to treadmills face a... cement wall... and in the absence of TVs make sure to bring something to read or listen to.

Lots of choices, wish they would have a separate cigar area though. Blech!

It isn't bad.. Big with decent selection of restaurants . The rooms were clean . I just could not get over the cigarette smoke smell that was literally everywhere. It was even in the fitness room.

The Harrah's Resorts shuttle provides free service to and from the Boardwalk. A good deal !

Hotel room was ver nice. Jacuzzi tub , spacious , etc. Make sure you have something to read, the check in took 46 minutes!

Place your drink order directly from the computer on your slot machine . It's way better than slow service from a drink server running around yelling random drink orders.

If you want a nice room do yourself a favor and go stay at the Borgata , better yet The Water Club! Plus it has a better atmosphere

The parking valet desk people and process is not at all friendly . I like Harrahs and am diamond level, but I am really tired of the valet desk people
