I've been going here for years. They're never "out of" anything that I've seen and there are usually plenty of parking spots , especially if you have legs with which to walk on.

When you walk in, take an immediate right turn and that's where the ATM is!

The people in the electronics department are great

Theyre always out of everything and theres never a good parking spot .. how many handicapped people are really going to be in Target at one time? Seriously.
