Hmm I would say the dumpling is just ok
まず台湾の王道を知ってほしいから南機場夜市の屋台 を紹介。つるんと薄めの皮で旬 白菜 と豚肉 を包んだ「豬肉 大白菜水物」は野菜 と肉 のバランスがよくてまさにスタンダード。物足りないと思ったら口臭なんて気にせずにローカルにならっでガリッと生 ニンニク をかじりながら食よう。
メニューはとってもシンプルで、水餃子 （豚肉 白菜 orニラ）10個で60元、酸辣湯 （小40元、中45元、大50元）のみ。
生意很好、態度很差，真的不缺客人。
酸辣湯不酸也不辣，比較像羹湯。小菜的小黃瓜也不夠入味。
小菜也要點唷！酸辣湯也是
找到真正好吃的水餃很難！
