I don't know about that other tip. But I get my dogs groomed here all the time and I think the groomers are great! Jackson and Otto always come out clean and happy!

Pet adoptions Fri. and Sat. until 5pm. I got my dog there, he was only $175(most are around $100 but he was a puppy so he was more) and he was already neutered and with all his shots.

Don't bring your dog to these groomers . They aren't patient with your dog, and they don't listen to what you wanted done.

Called ahead because I hurt myself and didn't want to limp around the store, they gladly had the items I needed waiting at the register for a quick and painless transaction.

One of the better north side spots to get Super Worms for reptile pets . Crickets tend to die within a few days of purchase, however.

This is what they did to my dog. It's not fucking even. They told me to come back later in the week. Super unprofessional.

I would recommend the location on 281 over this one. It has a better selection for cats.

The grooming dept . is an invincible force of disappointment. Every dog in there seemed scared, nervous and very unhappy. The apathy from the groomers was as strong as the smell of poop on the floor.

I agree about the pet grooming dept . Worst service ever! I will never bring my dogs back to get groomed & the gay kid who works there is lucky I didn't smack him upside the head for his attitude!

Ask for Philip when grooming your Corgi's!

Never get your dogs groomed here! Worst service I have ever experienced-we are never coming back to this store. Extremely rude and unprofessional employees in the grooming service department.
