Be sure to snorkel ! The hotel will provide free snorkel gear for 2 hours and the best place to see fish is under the dock!

Tip everyone, for everything. They secretly expect it, and most deserve it too! $1 per drink, $2 for services, and $5 for meals. They will remember it... Trust me. The Hava Grill is the best place.

Great resort , but be sure to pack long pants for dinner , the require that men wear them at the restaurants at night.

Get a swim up oceanfront suite. It's in the newer part of the resort and quiet .

Although it's all inclusive, it seems rude not to tip. I don't always bring cash with me i.e. the beach but tip the guys at the hava grill when you can!! Or the brasas bar !

Be quiet and look you might find lovely kittens at night :3 (bushes)

Animals and plants were here before you did. Respect.

Everyone says to tip the staff . No one here can give me change for my larger billed pesos and the ATM does not work. They don't really make it easy to let you tip..

DON'T feed the iguanas with MEAT! They can't digest it! Saw guests feeding them that don't do it they eat fruits , flowers and small bugs .

Hermosos lugar. Siempre la cadena de Secrets es garantía de servicio al cliente. Deben venir y pasarla a todo dar! No pasen al Sunscape.

El hotel lo tiene toooodo! Las habitaciones es lo más cómodo y después de un día en playa y albercas el descanso está garantizado. Me gusto y la atención es muy buena.

Buena opcion para descansar alejado de las familias con niños. Los restaurantes de especialidad son bastante buenos aunque las raciones no son muy abundantes

Su muelle en la tarde y en la noche es lo mejor, disfrutas de la brisa y de la vista !!!

La comida es deliciosa, un hotel fuera del bullicio de la ciudad, tranquilo y rodeado de naturaleza que explorar.

Тут есть крутой магаз с сувенирами ! Очерь оригинальные, ручная работа , стоит все копейки. Если спиной к морю, то налево.

Servicio de taxi ,al centro, servicio alrededor de la isla ,ruinas y playas

Habitaciones pésimas, viejas descuidadas mal planeadas, incómodas, le urge una remodelación, solo lo salva el servicio, toda la gente es muy amable

Horrible el servicio y la calidad de los alimentos es terrible; de los peores hoteles en la vida!
