Mt. Fuji Sushi & Hibachi

Everything is good but when I went to reserve on the website I thought all was well ... Then I learned that I reserved four spots in Colorado -_- do not reserve using the website

Food always fresh. Service is great. We go a lot for that sushi craving, never disappointed

Food, drinks and service are great. Prices are usual for hibachi style restaurants . Chef shoots saki at you with condiment squeeze bottle (if you're ok with that)!!!

The sushi & sashimi platter is fantastic, as is the miso soup . Too much dressing on the salad .

Not all items the "hibachi " menu (ex. hibachi noodles with shrimp or hibachi fried rice with chicken ) are prepared in front of the customers

Some of the freshest sushi I've had in a long time. The waitstaff can be a little...overattentative at times.
